The Aston Computer Supplies team at 100% happy to offer a complete refund service to any of our customers who are not 100% satisfied with their goods, however you will only qualify for a full refund if you:
Return the items in mint condition
Try to return the product in the original packaging
Return the package to us within the time frame specified
If you can meet all the criteria above Aston Computer Supplies are happy and willing to offer all customers a refund, however if you return your goods late or damaged Aston Computer Supplies might only provide you with a partial refund or in very rare cases no refund at all. Acceptable product conditions for an exchange
In addition to our customer-friendly refund policy, Aston Computer Supplies also provides all customers with an effective exchange policy if you wish to swap a product for another one. If you do wish to exchange an item you should:
Return the products to us within the 28 day grace period
Make it obvious which the exchange product is and what you want to swap it for
Phone Aston Computer Supplies with your bank details if the exchange product is higher in price than the original product
Aston Computer Supplies will automatically refund you the difference if the original product is more expensive than the exchange product
When you apply to exchange an item we'd ideally like you to tell us why you'd like an exchange e.g. wrong design, wrong shape etc. This tiny piece of info helps us to improve our customer services and supply you with a better customer service next time. Procedure for returns
To be entitled to a refund you must meet the criteria clearly stated on this page. If you return the unwanted item to us with 28 working days in mint condition along with the original invoice, Aston Computer Supplies are delighted to guarantee you a full discount - from the date the goods reach our head office we will refund you the full amount within 14 days (subject to certain terms and conditions). If you haven't received the refund payment within that time please get in touch with the customer services team as soon as possible. ***Please note Aston Computer Supplies advises against using couriers. To protect your consumer rights Aston Computer Supplies strongly recommends obtaining a proof of postage document - if a dispute arises this can be used as evidence.
